REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected (Follow the Return Process Below), we will process your eligible credit or refund and an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox.
PRIVACY CLO only accepts return of products in their original condition, with all original packaging and product tags. Our policy lasts 30 days from your order delivery.
If you return items with false policy forms / unsaleable garments, you will not qualify for a return. Instead, you will be issued return shipping for your order or they will be donated or discarded, and no refund or credit will be given.
Please note refunds are only available on full priced items. All sale items are final and will not qualify for any returns.

PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping costs will not be included in your credit amount.
If your order includes a discount code the relevant portion of the order discount will be deducted from any credit or refund amount.
Pre-sale items can not be refunded and sales items cannot be refunded or returned.
In the case that you are approved for the return of a sales item - you will only be credited the sales price, meaning the full price adjustment must be covered by the customer to allow the return to be processed.
If you are approved for a refund it will be returned to the original method of payment, within 2-3 business days from processed date.
Customers are responsible for paying the postage costs for the return of and reissue of items.
Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original postage will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Cards used for purchase will be reactivated with the purchase amount in the case of a return. Any outstanding amount that is paid via card will have eligibility for refund direct to the card used.
RETURN TO SENDER
If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 14 days (10 business days) your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a payment of $7.99 (standard) or $12.99 Express.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
Once payments have been received and the order is processed in our system it cannot be cancelled. For the amendment of any order details please contact us via info@privacyclo.com
