ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for full-priced items that meet the following return requirements:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Your return must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order
- The return must be submitted via our online returns portal (see below)
Note:
Orders purchased on sale, during a promotion, or using any discount code are not eligible for a refund. However, they are eligible for an exchange or store credit if they meet the return requirements above.
HOW OUR RETURNS PORTAL WORKS
Through the portal, you can:
- Select an exchange (different size/colour/item)
- Choose store credit if you prefer to decide later
- Purchase your return label at a discounted rate
Once your return is received and processed, your new item will be shipped out automatically, or your store credit will be issued via email.

REFUNDS FOR FULL-PRICED ITEMS
If your full-priced item meets the return conditions, you're eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Items that are worn, have odours, lint, hair, stains, or require cleaning
- A $10 cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit or refund if applicable
- Returns that do not meet policy conditions (these will be returned to you at your expense or discarded)
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Major faults entitle you to a refund, replacement, or store credit
- Minor issues may be repaired or replaced in the first instance
- If the item cannot be repaired in a reasonable time, a refund or store credit will be provided
Please contact us immediately at support@privacyclo.com if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
RETURN TO SENDER / UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If your order is returned to us due to non-collection / incorrect details at the post office, you’ll need to cover re-shipping/processing and handling fees:
- $15 (Standard)
- $20 (Express)
- $25 (international)
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Once your order is placed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.
Pre-ordered items are also non-cancellable.
